The CAPRISTO valve exhaust system helps low-end torque by providing exhaust backpressure and increases temperature for proper catalytic converter operation. While in the high-rpm open-valve condition, it takes full advantage of the free-flow characteristics of the CAPRISTO center muffler replacement by optimizing the high-energy exhaust at the ideal temperature and backpressure to maximize performance.
These replacement pipes can be fitted to a CAPRISTO exhaust system or any system that fits directly over the OEM exhaust.

Replacing/removing the OEM catalytic converter may activate a CEL (Check Engine Light).
To disable a recurring CEL, the ECU will need to be tuned.
