Complete stainless steel exhaust system with capristo valves 02FE02303006 for Ferrari 430 Scuderia

Exhaust system in 309 stainless steel, hand polished, consisting of a pair of sports catalysts with thermal protections and a silenced terminal equipped with pneumatically controlled valves (vacuum).

The system is specifically developed for the Ferrari 430 Scuderia

With CAD design, according to the "reverse engineering" scheme (using a laser tool that reproduces 100% of the measurements of every part of the car), a finished product is created, optimised to the maximum both in terms of size and exhaust flows.

In this way we have the best possible acoustic performance and the best performance, without affecting the original performance of the car, preserving the correct backpressure values of the exhaust gases themselves.

A special feature of our exhaust system with valves is that it has a double sound in which we have a very pleasant and comfortable sound with closed valves, and a much sportier and more captivating sound with the valves open.

The valves are designed and manufactured according to highly innovative criteria that ensure high reliability and immediate response to the opening/closing command.

By replacing the entire exhaust system, all possible blockages are eliminated and you can have the maximum increase in power and sound.

This exhaust system provides a gain of 40 horsepower and saves 22 kg of weight.

Note:

The original exhaust brackets hold the exhaust system too rigidly. This can cause the catalytic converters and exhaust manifolds to break. Our kit ensures that the exhaust system is fixed without any tension. It also allows the exhaust system to have play when the exhaust is hot and expands and to return to its original position when cold.
