Capristo 02CH09003012 309 Stainless Steel Complete Exhaust System Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray

To do justice to this impressive engine in every way, we created a hand-polished 309 stainless steel exhaust system consisting of a non-silenced centre silencer and a rear silencer equipped with electronically controlled valves controlled by the Chevrolet factory controls. This configuration offers the valuable advantage of giving your supercar a new sound while also better managing the official warranty, being ECE approved and without having to intervene in any way on the vehicle's engine control unit.

The final part consists of two pairs of aluminium tailpipes with Black Wicrom coating.

Thanks to a design based on reverse engineering, we are able to create a line optimised in terms of dimensions and exhaust flows. We start with a laser scan of the car's original exhaust line and then create the CAD model. From this model we obtain the dimensions and dimensions that we need. We then proceed to create our CAD project and the first prototypes.

Thanks to this process we are able to maintain the original backpressure values while improving the acoustic performance and yield.
