Tourance Titanium Exhaust System ABMW0240052 BMW 1300 GS

The kit consists of an approved TOURANCE series silencer.

Dedicated to sport tourer and maxienduro motorcycles, these silencers are made of titanium with a matt black ceramic coating. Inside there are two 45mm diameter perforated pipes with two separate dB killers.

As per QD EXHAUST tradition, both the perforated pipes and the internal layering of the sound absorber have been specifically designed to give the exhaust a low and deep tone, in order to enhance the low frequencies.

The exhaust mouth is characterised by the grille which also functions as a spark arrestor for off-road use.

The inlet and outlet end caps are made of carbon fibre, while the logo obtained by laser marking makes the silencer even more exclusive.

Like every QD EXHAUST kit, this silencer also features European certificate downloadable directly from the portal by registering the SERVICE CARD included in the package, also obtaining a 30-month warranty extension.

For maximum performance we have also designed a decatalyst manifold kit, the kit is composed of a stainless steel manifold group with a central pre-silencer which has the function of not only dampening noise but also reducing temperature. The pre-silencer also has the connection for the third lambda probe and is equipped with a power valve which connects with the original cables and is managed by the standard servo motor.

Thanks to a careful study of the internal flows, a kit has been obtained that offers great performance and a significant reduction in temperatures while keeping noise levels within the homologation limits.

The decatalyst kit is modular, so it can be mounted either on the standard muffler or on any muffler that can be mounted on the standard manifolds.

Furthermore, our R&D department has designed, for those who want to keep the original muffler, a carbon end cap that gives the bike a much more aggressive look.
