S-H4E1-FDHLT Akrapovic Full Titanium Exhaust System Honda CRF 450 R / RX 2025

Made from lightweight, high-grade, premium titanium alloys, with varying thicknesses in the sections to ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight, the system is 26.5% lighter than the stock exhaust. A new profiled surface influences the sound to meet the FIM noise limits of 109dB for competition and adds strength and durability to the silencer, while delivering a deep, full sound that embraces the balanced beat of the single-cylinder engine.

The silencer is as large as possible for the available space. This allows for greater sound quieting, which softens the impact on the natural environment and also facilitates improved flow for the exhaust gases to exit the combustion chamber with the least possible restriction. The increased resistance created by the design aids durability and provides greater resilience in the most demanding conditions. It offers improved response throughout the rev range and optimum feel when opening the throttle, giving the rider a great appreciation of control. Power and torque levels have been increased with an extra 1.8 kW (2.5 hp) at 10300 rpm and 1.5 Nm at 7900 rpm recorded on the in-house dynamometer in back-to-back tests with a standard stock exhaust system.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust features a special logo embossing technique for increased durability and a titanium header with an integrated resonance chamber for optimum performance and sound, which is covered by a newly developed titanium heat shield. It is a simple plug-and-play operation to install, with no remapping required.

The exhaust system is compatible with the Honda CRF 450 X version.
