The 488 performance box for the Ferrari 488 GTB/GTS (and Pista) is a true plug-and-play power upgrade, easily removable as no soldering is required. With the installation of the Capristo 488 Performance Box, engine power increases by 50 hp (from 660 hp/670 PS to 710 hp/720 PS)) and torque from 560 lb-ft (760 Nm) to 597 lb-ft (810 NM) over the OEM 488 GTB/GTS components. With Capristo Sport catalytic converters/test pipes and our valved exhaust you'll see an increase of 70 hp. While there is scope to increase these levels further, sufficient headroom is left to prevent potential damage to the OEM engine's internals. Further tuning is possible; However, Capristo recommends additional hardware (internal) upgrades if the end user wishes to further push the limits of the stock engine, which would void OEM warranties.
