Total engine power in the CAPRISTO-equipped Aventador LP700 has been increased from 700 hp to 734 hp at 8,300 rpm and from 670 Nm to 740 Nm at 6,000 rpm, with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds (0.1 seconds faster than stock) and a top speed of 354 km/h (3 km/h faster than stock).
The opening or closing of the CAPRISTO valves is controlled by the engine ECU, so they work in the same way as the original exhaust was designed to work. OEM vacuum hoses fit directly into the CAPRISTO valve system.
Alternatively, the standard Capristo remote exhaust kit with Lamborghini exhaust valve plugs can be fitted, providing the ability to open and close the valves at the touch of a button. In the closed state, control is returned to the engine ECU.
CAPRISTO exhaust systems are designed and manufactured using advanced 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC bending/milling in our factory in Germany. Each system is machined from high-quality T309 (1.4828) stainless steel and hand-polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this specific alloy was chosen for its sound resonance properties, low weight and durability that are close to the properties of Inconel (used in F1).
IMPORTANT
The exhaust system is designed to be installed directly into existing OEM mounting points.
