The Akrapovič Racing system is designed for riders who demand the highest performance. The racing system is lighter than the stock exhaust system and features exceptional manufacturing quality, high-tech materials and, of course, increased engine performance combined with a pure racing sound. The unique shape of the silencer, with its embossed imprint that runs the length of the exhaust and blends seamlessly with the hand-crafted carbon fibre end cap, takes the design to new levels. For perfect performance, throttle response and durability, ECU remapping is recommended. In the product image, the system is shown together with the optional P-HSB10E3 carbon heat shield. The carbon fibre muffler bracket (required for mounting if the passenger footrests are removed) is already included with the system. The product is developed and tested to EU vehicle specifications. Non-EU fitment and performance may vary between markets and different vehicle specifications. The Racing Line exhaust system (titanium) also fits the BMW M1000RR model.
