Fitment Notice: The top crash bar set does not fit the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure model. Made from lightweight, bead blasted titanium, this is the first product of its kind in the Akrapovič range and takes full advantage of the company's expertise in titanium technology. It has been designed from the ground up and offers a weight saving of around 40% compared to comparable steel versions, high strength and corrosion resistance. These bars are precision TIG welded, fitted with laser-cut 8mm flanges and finely machined to provide a perfect fit and strength. They fit perfectly with the bike's existing components and offer the possibility of attaching extra bags and fog lights or spotlights to the bar. The product weighs just 2.38kg. Fully evaluated through extensive testing and deformation analysis, the highly stable construction is part-bonded to the frame to distribute any impact through the bars. The bars are finished with a prominently etched logo labelled Titanium to underline the important feature of this product.
