Exhaust system for Porsche 991 turbo mk1 and mk2

Exhaust system in 309 stainless steel, hand polished, consisting of a pair of 200-cell sports catalysts, a damped rear silencer and equipped with pneumatically controlled (vacuum) valves.

The system is specifically developed for the Porsche 991 Turbo and Turbo S MKI & MKII

With CAD design, according to the "reverse engineering" scheme (using a laser tool that reproduces 100% of the measurements of every part of the car), a finished product is created, optimised to the maximum both in terms of size and exhaust flows.

In this way we have the best possible acoustic output and the best performance, without affecting the original performance of the car, preserving the correct backpressure values of the exhaust gases themselves.

A particularity of our exhaust system with valves is that it has a double sound in which we have a very pleasant and comfortable sound with closed valves, and a much more sporty and captivating sound with open valves.

The valves are designed and produced according to very innovative criteria that give high reliability and immediate response to the opening/closing command.

The exhaust system is supplied with the valve control unit mod. CES-3, which allows for the best real-time control of valve opening as a function of accelerator pressure. Detailed features of the control unit are provided at the link below.

When the valves are opened, exhaust gas will exit immediately after the catalytic converters, providing maximum flow and an increase of 8 hp. The car's original outlets are used.
