Front exhaust with metal catalyst right + left for BMW E36 325i 24v (Sedan / Coupé / Cabrio / Touring) '90 -> '95

This application, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, guarantees a significant reduction in exhaust gas back pressure, the best engine performance, an optimal reduction in harmful emissions, and at the same time offers the best resistance to high temperatures and unmatched durability over time.
It is a plug&play component, simple and quick to install, which replaces the respective original component, without the need for any type of modification.
It is equipped with sockets for the lambda probes and all the necessary brackets for fixing.
The catalytic converter, depending on the engine it is intended for, is made of a 100 cpsi or 200 cpsi HJS monolith, equipped with a metal matrix and high volumetric sizing, having been specifically designed to guarantee the best possible efficiency, both in terms of performance and emissions.
The Supersprint pipes have diameter, geometry of the connections and volume designed to perform at their best, on the specific, single type of engine for which they are intended.
Unlike the majority of "cheap" metal catalysts, normally available on the market, which are almost always of insufficient section and volume, and which often end up worsening the engine's performance, the first choice HJS products are distinguished not only by their generous volume, but also by the high content / impregnation of noble metals (Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium), which determine their perfect catalytic efficiency.
This exclusive feature guarantees emissions comparable, if not entirely equivalent, to the standard catalyst; but at the same time offers a performance absolutely identical to the respective Downpipe in the Racing version, of the same section, and without a catalytic converter.
The HJS catalytic converter therefore allows you to pass the periodic inspection of the car, and avoids the unwanted switching on of the "engine fault warning" lights, linked to a possible alteration of the emissions, even on the latest generation Euro 5/6 cars.
This component, similarly to the Supersprint manifolds in the case of naturally aspirated engines, plays a fundamental role in allowing a substantial increase in performance, while maintaining the electronic management system of vital functions unchanged, such as injection timing / ignition advance / boost pressure etc.
