With CAD design, according to the "reverse engineering" scheme (using a laser tool that reproduces 100% of the measurements of every part of the car), a finished product is created, optimized to the maximum both in terms of size and exhaust flows.
This way we have the best possible acoustic performance (with open valves the sound level is 116 dbA) and the best performance, without compromising the original performance of the car, preserving the correct backpressure values of the exhaust gases themselves.
A special feature of our exhaust system with valves is that it has a dual sound: a very pleasant and comfortable sound with the valves closed, and a much sportier and more captivating sound with the valves open.
The valves are designed and produced according to highly innovative criteria that provide high reliability and an immediate response to the opening/closing command.
