Stainless steel exhaust system in cat-back configuration consisting of a pair of 200-cell catalytic converters that eliminate DPFs, a non-silenced central silencer, a rear silencer equipped with valves managed by the standard system and anodised aluminium tailpipes covered in carbon fibre.
The system is specifically developed for the M3 G80 and M4 G82 and is also compatible with the Competition and xDrive versions.

The introduction of the FAP has made the voice of the 6-cylinder M difficult to recognize. The sound is unsatisfactory for true BMW M lovers.
To do justice to this impressive engine from every point of view, we have created a hand-polished 309 stainless steel exhaust system consisting of a pair of 200-cell FAP-eliminating catalytic converters, a non-silenced centre silencer and a rear silencer equipped with valves controlled by the BMW management system.
The final part consists of 2 pairs of anodized aluminum tailpipes covered in carbon fiber.
Thanks to a design based on reverse engineering, we are able to create a line optimized in terms of dimensions and exhaust flows. We start from a laser scan of the car's original exhaust line and then create the CAD model. From this model we obtain the dimensions and dimensions that are useful to us. We then go on to create our CAD project and the first prototypes.
Thanks to this process we are able to maintain the original backpressure values while improving the acoustic performance and yield. The valves are managed by the standard BMW system.
NOISE AND PERFORMANCE RESULTS
Noise increase:
Standard exhaust (valve open): 102 dbA
Capristo (valve open): 126.7 dbA
Power increase:
Standard exhaust: 519.7 HP at 6024 rpm
Capristo: 532.3 HP at 6470 rpm
Torque increase:
Standard exhaust: 693.4 Nm at 4186 rpm
Capristo: 708.6 Nm at 4062 rpm
With the valves closed, the sound is the same as the standard car in terms of volume and sonority.
