Complete T309 stainless steel exhaust system with Capristo valves 02AU10903012 for Audi TT RS 8S series

With this system, we sought to ensure excellent sound performance for a car whose greatest flaw is its sound. Performance of this level requires an appropriate sound component. Our catback exhaust system is made entirely of 309 stainless steel, hand-polished, and consists of a non-silenced centre pipe and a silenced tailpipe equipped with electronically controlled valves as standard.

Thanks to a reverse engineering design, we are able to create a line that is optimized in terms of both size and exhaust flows. We start with a laser scan of the car's original exhaust line and then create the CAD model. From this model, we obtain the dimensions and dimensions we need. We then proceed to create our CAD project and the first prototypes.

Thanks to this process, we are able to maintain the original backpressure values while improving acoustic performance and performance.

With the valves closed, the sound is the same as the standard car in terms of volume and sonority.
